Years in Operation: 2-5 yrs Summary describing your organization:: Additional Information : We are a very small group, with no web site, but with three or four people we have been counter-recruiting in 8 high schools for at least four years in the southern part of the state. We need new information, especially on the so-called "new" GI Bill. We also need fresh ideas, about alternatives mostly, since,in poor communities these are hard to find. I work with a Vietnam vet, Gary Cheney,who is our star c-r. Together we have gone to Philadelphia, twice, I think, for weekends with the AFSC. We have given trainings around Vermont. |
